What does a VBeam laser do?

The Vbeam laser system produces an intense burst of light that selectively destroys the blood vessels of vascular lesions without  damaging the surrounding skin and tissue. 

The laser is tuned to frequency that your blood vessels can absorb but your skin cannot.
